Charles was born in Kenosha Wisconsin and grew up in a small town in Northwestern Wisconsin by the name of Bruce. His Mother, Marilyn Morris, has been a Real Estate Broker/Owner for more than 20 years. His Father, Gordon K. Morris, an attorney specializing in Real Estate Law. His Brother, Michael Jennings, has been a Real Estate Broker for more than 6 years as well as a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser. Charles met his wife, Patti Jennings, in college at the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire. They have been married for over 19 years and have two beautiful children, Kaitlyn and Aaron. They enjoy playing tag, reading books, annoying each other and playing the Wii! After dedicating 10 years to Management and Customer Service in the hospitality industry, Charles decided to take his Real Estate licensing coursework and exam. After almost 5 years with First Weber Group Realtors, he decided to transfer his license to Century 21 Gold Key Realty here in Marshfield. Charles was honored with the 2008 Chairmen￢ﾀﾙs Award of Recognition for his efforts of support in First Weber Group and within our community. Charles currently holds the following designations: CRS (Council of Residential Specialists), RFC (Residential Finance Consultant), GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute), CHMS (Certified Home Marketing Specialist) and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation specializes in training specifically to represent the buyer in a Real Estate transaction. CRS coursework included: CRS 201 (Listing Strategies). This course provides superior knowledge in assisting the seller with the sale and negotiating of their home. CRS 202 (Buying Strategies) a course providing superior knowledge in assisting the buyer with the purchase and negotiating of a home and CRS 210 (Exceptional Customer Service) a course for building exceptional customer service and referral business. As a member of the Central Wisconsin Board of Realtors, Charles is held to a strict Code of Ethics that he takes great pride in. Of over 3 Million Real Estate licensees nationwide, only about 1.3 Million are Realtors. This Code of Ethics not only pertains to actions and behavior with clients and customers, but also with other Realtors.
