Kara McManus

Biography

Kara McManus (Anderson) was born and raised in Marshfield, WI on her parent's dairy farm west of town where she learned the value of and appreciation for hard work. After graduating from Mfld Sr High, she attended UW La Crosse where she also worked as a resident advisor to other students utilizing her natural gifts for helping people to become successful. She relocated to Los Angeles with her Central WI work ethic intact. She lived in Redondo Beach from 1991 until 2012. During that time she and her husband Bob ran a successful 22 agent, CENTURY 21 franchise as well as a mortgage/ escrow business in the highly competitive LA coastal South Bay area. That business success lead her to become a sales trainer, speaker and business coach for real estate agents and loan officers throughout California. Three boys approaching high school age in "the big city", an ailing father back in WI and the crushing real estate recession was enough motivation for Bob and Kara to re-evaluate their family's priorities. After careful reflection, they sold the businesses and moved the family back to Central WI. During her first several years back, she was a supportive wife, a dotting daughter and a highly involved mother while the kids finished middle and high school. She also worked as an administrator at her childhood home parish of OLP. These days Kara and Bob can be found at almost every local civic and charity event and are always ready to pitch in and help. Professionally the time has now come for Kara to get back into real estate full time and focus her talents and energy into helping Marshfield families with their real estate needs. She has selected CENTURY 21 as her WI broker due to the tremendous success the company has had over the years. Given her past experience with the brand, it was a natural choice.
